May I cancel my order?
Custom-made orders cannot be canceled. We accept order cancellations for generic products only before the product is processed. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already processed.
What is your return or exchange policy?
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to claim for a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.
How do I apply for the return?
To return an item, please email us at hello@jewelahjewelry.com with the return reason and order details.
Once our customer support team approves the return, you will be requested to send the parcel to our warehouse.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer any refunds. However, in cases where we are unable to offer an exchange or any solution, we may offer a refund. In the case of a refund, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
The minimum period for processing a refund is 7-10 working days, depending on the mode of payment.
